Facility Rentals & Camping

We rent our Youngsville agility arena, outdoor agility ring, canine dock diving pool, doggie swimming pond, and off-leash dog run areas when they are not in use. We also have 9 RV sites that can be reserved for camping during trials.

FACILITY RENTALS

NOTE: A ONE-TIME SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY OF THE RENTALS BELOW. IT IS HELD UNTIL YOU MOVE AWAY / NO LONGER WISH TO RENT ANYMORE. It is refundable unless there is damage to or loss of our property, or a violation of our rules. PLEASE SEE THIS LINK TO PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT IF YOU ARE RENTING A RING OR BUILDING.
Agility Arena*: $22.50 / half hour (Must have taken at least 30 hours of formal agility classes to rent arena)

PLEASE NOTE! OUR SYSTEM ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO RENT BY THE ENTIRE DAY (12AM-11:59PM). THUS, IF YOU WANT TO STAY SATURDAY-SUNDAY, YOU SHOULD RESERVE BOTH DAYS. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT RESULT IN SOMEONE RESERVING YOUR SPOT ON SUNDAY. YOU WILL NEED TO CLICK ON EACH LISTING FOR A GIVEN TYPE OF SITE TO SEE IF IT HAS THE DAY YOU WANT. IF THE DAY YOU WANT IS NOT LISTED, THAT MEANS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN RESERVED. IF YOU ARE BRINGING AN RV FOR THE DAY AND DON’T NEED A N ELECTRIC HOOK-UP, YOU STILL NEED TO RESERVE A SPOT. PARKING IS LIMITED AND THE RV SPOTS ARE MARKED WITH RESERATION SIGNS. PLEASE NOTE: NO SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR RV SITE RESERVATIONS.

GENERAL RENTAL RULES

+ MUST have an orientation before renting the canine dock diving pool. During orientation, you dog will be assessed for swimming and dock jumping skills. If your dog needs training in either of these areas, you will be referred for private lessons before you can rent the pool.

**ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PRE-REQUISITES MUST BE MET TO RENT THE AGILITY ARENA AND USE THE AGILITY EQUIPMENT:

Dog being run should have taken at least 30 hours of formal agility class instruction
Dog being run should have earned a leg in agility competition
Handler running dog should have already titled a dog in agility

* ALL RENTERS MUST HAVE A $50 SECURITY DEPOSIT ON FILE WITH US IN ORDER TO RENT THE FACILITY. (Not required for RV reservations). PLEASE SEE THIS LINK TO PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

REQUIREMENTS:

Renters must make reservation ahead of time and pay for all rentals. Checks can be made to Teamworks Dog Training and left in the green lock box at the agility arena.
Facility renters must provide a one-time $50 security deposit to be a registered renter at Teamworks (does not apply to RV reservations) PLEASE SEE THIS LINK TO PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Facility renters must sign the liability waiver online.
Large Groups must wishing to host a for-profit or non-profit event should contact Michele Godlevski.
Sorry, rentals may not be used for teaching private lessons. Private lessons may be given in Teamworks facilities only by Teamworks Instructors or by pre-approved, insured guest instructors who sign an independent contractor agreement.
Please note: rentals are not available during trial or Show & Go weekends.
ABSOLUTELY no dogs in heat may be present at any time on Teamworks grounds! Violation of this policy will result in security deposit forfeiture. Rentals should be re-scheduled if a dog is in heat.
If there is inclement weather when your rental time occurs, please note that we will issue you a credit toward a future rental, but we need to receive notification of your cancellation. Under no circumstances should the pond or the canine dock diving pool be used if you can hear thunder.
Domestic Dogs/Dangerous Dogs: Any canid that is part wild canid and that is not 100% domestic dog is not be allowed on the property. Any dog which, in the opinion of Teamworks Dog Training, is uncontrollable, unpredictable, aggressive, or in any way a danger to people will be denied access to the rental.
Youth: Anyone aged 8 -17 participating in a rental must have a parent or responsible adult in attendance at all times. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a non-participating adult at all times while on the premises. Children under 18 are not allowed to go in the canine dock diving pool. Children under 12 are not allowed on the dock of the canine dock diving pool or at the doggie swimming pond.
Since any training done on our premises reflects our business name, we expect that renters will use humane training methods as described in our philosophy of Humane Treatment. Any person renting the facilities of Teamworks Dog Training must agree to use humane training methods that would reflect the Teamworks Dog Training philosophy. Specifically, no shock collars will be allowed, no ear-pinching, no hitting dogs, no throwing things at dogs, no chain or prong collar corrections, and no harsh or inhumane treatment of dogs will be tolerated. Renters who do not abide by this policy will forfeit their security deposit and will not be allowed future rentals at Teamworks.
Shared Time: Rental time may be shared by more than one person, but no private lessons or instruction of any kind may be given during rental time by non-Teamworks instructors, as this violates the liability policy. The primary renter on the application must have a security deposit on file and will be listed as the person responsible for any damages. If rental time is shared with a Teamworks staff member, the non-staff members owe their portion of the rental.
Clean Up: All renters must clean up after their dogs when on the premises of the training facilities. This includes scooping all solids in either location left any place on either property. This also includes using the disinfectant spray bottles provided for all urine in the arena, and anywhere on the agility field, including the fenced areas, the agility equipment, and the fence. Renters who do not abide by this policy will forfeit their security deposit.
Leave it Like You Found It: Renters are expected to leave the rings as clean as and in the same condition as they found them. The outdoor sand ring may be re-arranged as needed. The agility arena equipment may not be rearranged or re-numbered.
Security deposit for rental will be not be refunded in the case of failure to abide by any of these policies or in case of any damages that occur during the rental. Upon violation of any of these policies by the renter, access to the rental properties may be revoked.
