SNIFF OF THE WEEK!
Do you find yourself coming home from Scent Work trials thinking “I really should have spent more time practicing that…”? Maybe a weekly class just doesn’t always match your schedule? Well, Teamworks has an answer for that! Just like Rally Course of the Week and previously, Agility Course of the Week, we have created Scent Work “Sniff of the Week“. It’s an opportunity to come and practice with your dogs as your schedule allows. It is similar to a Sniff & Go, except that you MUST pre-register ahead of time and the maximum number of people is limited. For each Sniff of the Week that is held at the Teamworks Campus we will offer an Interior, Containers, Exterior/Vehicles, and Buried search. Each search area will contain one hide of each of the four AKC/CPE odors. Two judges will be available to confirm hide locations and offer insight. For FIELD TRIP SNIFF OF THE WEEK, we will meet at a park, shopping center, or pet store. Locations listed below. The “elements” offered will be dependent on location and weather conditions, but multiple hides will be available of each odor. MONDAYS 6pm-8pm
$30 for all dogs who live under one roof
MUST sign up at least 2 days in advance!!
Limit: 12 registrations per date
Note: Participating dogs should have had training in Scent Work and be familiar with at least one odor. We offer classes, workshops, and private lessons for those wishing to train a dog in the sport of scent work. We also offer “Sniff & Gos” at our Super Show & Gos.
