Raising the Bar & Short Sequences


Class Goals:

For dogs who already have taken the Beginner Agility class or its equivalent and have completed the Beginner Agility class goals.   Dogs must have experience in proper jumping technique and conditioning.   Dogs should already be familiar with the all of regulation obstacles and should recognize contact zones using targeting.  Dogs will gradually learn to navigate obstacles at 3/4 height and will begin to do obstacles in a short sets.  This class can and should be repeated as needed until dog reaches class goals. This class is held outdoors in our fully-fenced and lighted regulation-sized covered arena with artificial turf.


Pre-Class requirements
  • Dogs must have taken Beginner Agility or its equivalent.
  • Dogs must not have aggression issues with well-mannered dogs.
  • Dogs should be at least 11 months of age, of a healthy weight, and without health problems.
  • No shock collars, e-collars, prong collars or choke chains allowed in class.
  • Pre-registration with pre-payment is required.

Tuition: $200
Duration: Once a week for 6 weeks
Class Size: 6 Dogs Maximum
